What is a good photo printer that prints clear sharp photos like walgreens does?

I have a HP Photosmart 7850 series, but the photos don't come out as well. Im wondering what are some excellent photo printer names, that print as well as walgreens?

1. HP Photosmart 245 is what i have and it prints out great 4x6 prints. The HP 57 ink cartidge is reasonable in price and yields alot of different color to match as well as any other photo printers. The size of the printer is small so it allows you to take it anywhere. It also has memory card slots for the digital camera chips on the front for quick prints. Lastly it has a screen to view the picks and allows you to adjust the settings like red eye, zoom and sepia... etc. I hope that helps.
2. easy. the Canon IP6700d. has a total of 7 ink cartridges for low cost printing and high resolution printing. has a dye based black, pigment based black, cyan, magenta, yellow, photo cyan, and photo magenta for awesome 9600x2400 photos! ive owed one for a year and half and im very satisfied. I also have the Canon IP4000 and it also prints great pics. just not as good as the IP6700d though.
