Which programs can I delete?

I bought this computer used & have been using it for about 6 months. It had alot of programs on it that I dont know what they do, but I would like to try to "speed it up".. I do a Cleaner / Defrag frequently; I was wondering which of the programs that are on here, do I not need. I am a little afraid to delete some of them without more knowledge... I have deleted a bunch & dont want to mess up my computer.. I am not at all computer savvy so help me if you can! BEST answer given to any1 with the most info! Thanks! I mainly use my computer to store my photos & get online... 1. If you can’t find the right drivers manually I would recommend just getting a software program that can do it for you.
