Where can I get ink cartridges for my photo printer for cheap?

Ink cartridges are so expensive these days that I really have a difficult time of finding a real deal. Any suggestions on where I can go get good quality ink cartridges for my photo printer for a great price? Thanks.

1. I've had pretty good luck with the manual refill systems from Walmart. Black works about 4-5 times, then a new factory unit is in order. Haven't tried the color systems.
2. It helps to know the model of the printer and your location. In the US I've been getting cheap cartridges from http://ccs-digital.com/ink.asp I've been using them for years.
