Can My Olympus Camera Work With My HP Printer? Help? Originally I had an HP camera that came with a HP printer. When the camera gave out, I bought an Olympus Fe-340 camera. Both the Printer and the camera works well but since the USB cord for the camera does't fit the printer, I tried putting my memory card in the printer...light turned red which means it didnt print. How do I print photos properly on a HP C7280 Printer? I have an Olympus FE-340 (8MP), which I set to 5MP to take all my pics. I am trying to print them on a HP C7280 Multifunction which has photo capability. Every photo I take tends to cut the top part of the photo off, but on the printing program (HP Photosmart) it shows the pics as being ok on the Print Preview. Should I look for another printing program or maybe another issue?

Need help with my Olympus D-555 Zoom ImageLink Camera..? Hi, I have a Olympus D-555 Zoom ImageLink Camera and went on a trip with it.. I took many pictures with it with no problem and then on the way home i was taking some more and when i took one shot right after it froze up.. When i say it froze up what happened is that the zoom feature wouldnt go back in no matter what i did, I couldnt take anymore pictures, the last pic i took was still on the screen.. I thought at first to take the batteries out and see if that would reset it but now i have the zoom out still and no pic on the screen just black and cant get it to work Also when i got home put it on my Imagelink printer to see if that would help it and nothing happened and tried to plug it into my usb port but again nothing.. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem before or if they could possibly help me Do you know of where i can get help for a problem for this also.. I need help with my olympus evolt e-500! its an emergency!? I have an olympus evolt e - 500 and i have been having problems with the memory cards and pictures. I am on my second memory card because we thought the 1st one was a dud, well the same thing his happening to this one which is the hp printer says there is no pictures but there are. we figured there is something wrong with the printer, but recently my daughter had pressed the format button on the menu under memory card. it now says that out of nearly 200 pictures, there are zero on the card. is there some way we can recover those pictures from the format option or are they deleted forever? it seems that she did this for both of the cards. so is there anyway we can recover them?!?!? please help. there are extremely important pictures on that card.

XD Cards..Olympus stylus 170.....unerasable pics?? i am going to write this straight out because of space -no pictures on camera -when i put xd card in hp photosmart (3210) printer there are pics from months ago -i cannot delete them from anywhere. -when the hp photosmart transfer says that the date might be wrong on my camera it lets me change them -but then they go right back and continue to upload the same old pictures everytime i upload any thing. Is there a way that i can access them and delete them??

Why don't my photos print the correct color after I print them on my computer printer? I have a Olympus E620 I took a number of photos at the beach with a zoom lens on my camera. When I got home I downloaded and printed my pictures the pictures looked great on my computer monitor but when I printed them they looked really bad color wise. How can I fix these pictures or what went wrong? I took a couple of pictures of a sailboats on the water with the zoom lens the contrast was off when I printed the pictures. Yet they looked fine on my computer monitor with the same zoom lens I took a picture and the color was fine. Does taking the picture on water make a difference how how the color looks when printed?

How can I save pictures in my pc to an XD card inserted in my Epson Stylus Photo RX425? I dont have a CD for use in my D: drive to copy pictures so Im using the XD card slot of my printer. I used to connect my camera to my pc via usb but I cant do that now because our camera(Olympus) is gone thats why Im using the XD card slot of our printer(3-in-1). Our pc only have MS/MS Pro, SD/MMC, CompactFlash I/II, and SmartMedia card slots. Is there a way for me to save pictures in my pc to an XD card inserted in my Epson Stylus Photo RX425? When I double click on My Computer it only have #1. Files stored on this computer #2. Hard Disk Drives(with local C:) #3. Devices with Removable Storage(with DVD-RW Drive D:) and #4. Scanner and Cameras(with Epson Stylus Photo RX420). I dont know how to access the XD card inserted in the printer. And when I double click on Epson Stylus Photo RX420 in #4. it gives me a dialog box to "Initiate a new scan" with options on which program to use(Picasa2,PhotoImpression 5,Microsoft Scanner & camera Wizard,Epson Smart Panel). Im also wondering why my pc is detecting it as Epson Stylus Photo RX420 when in fact my printer is Epson Stylus Photo RX425. Are they the same?

Windows Vista has decided not to import my pictures...? We got a new windows vista, and, (this has nothing to do with my question, but), DO NOT buy it. Worst system ever, when its not freezing every 5 minutes trying to protect itself, its throwing free trials that you don't want right onto your desktop. Anyway, about importing. We have a olympus Camedia 3.2 megapixel camera, and a plug-in cord for it. You plug it in, and, up until today, a nice little screen comes up asking you what you want to do. Today, I plugged it in, and nothing. We have a 51-in-1 adapter as well, so I tryed that and still nothing. One last time, I plugged it into the printer, and, big surprise, nothing. I tried another type of chip, and that doesn't work, either. Please help!

The box says it is compatible with the memory card I have, but I was wondering if it would be compatible with on older Olympus camera. need help with camera choice....? i'm getting a camera for someone's b-day and i have 2 here and would like for people to give their opinions on what to get. one is an olympus 10x total seamless zoom, 5.1 megapixel, 1.8" display and comes with the printer. the second is more expensive and it is an hp m417, 21x total zoom 3 optical/7 digital 1.8" display and also comes with a printer. the more expensive one would be better right? and what do i need on the side with these cameras...do they need memory cards? or should i just go with a sony dsc-ws 5.1 megapixel, 6x total zoom, carl zeiss vario-tessar lens, pictbridge compatible, 2.5" display...and it comes with a free 256mb memory stick pro. anyone please...thank you. ok thanks people but...i am on a budget remember. i won't pay more than $250 for one.

What camera is best for me? Hello. I currently have a Kodak Easyshare 5.0MP that is about two years old. I really want to get a new camera because I am not receiving the best quality from this one. I think the only reason that I purchased it in the first place is that it came with a printer dock and that was really nice. Lastnight I bought an Olympus Fe-230 and it really sucks. I am taking it back today along with the xD memory card and getting my money back. I thought with the good name brand and the 7.1MP I was in the safe zone but I guess not. I want a camera that is in between $80-140 that takes crisp and clear pictures. I have a BEAUTIFUL cat that I would love to take pictures of, but my Kodak isn't doing it for me. I would also like a camera that is easy on batteries. I want to be able to take up to 70 pictures in one day with standard AA batteries. I have looked online at many retailers and many stores and I get so many good reviews but then I see the bad ones and it worries me. I was looking at a Canon A560 and it seems like a WONDERFUL little camera to have, but then I heard about the E-18 error and the bad customer service from Canon and I am not looking forward to that. I also saw a nice Nikon L11, a Samsung that apparently eats batteries like a pig, and a nice Sony one too. Any ideas? I am going out today so I would like to know which ones could be purchased from Target, Meijer, Radioshack, Kmart, Ritz, or any place like that. I have searched for these places online and received good/bad reviews. I just want some place that I can go to, test the camera out myself, then decide. Thank you!

Which programs can I delete? I bought this computer used & have been using it for about 6 months. It had alot of programs on it that I dont know what they do, but I would like to try to "speed it up".. help with uploading a video? okay, i recently bought an olympus digital camera that has video and still pictures as well. i want to make a video with it and post it on youtube. umm so i installed the olympus master 2 CD Rom thingy and to make a movie thingy with that (muvee theater thing) it told me i must buy the actual thing but i have a free preview for fifteen days. but i havent heard anything about having to actually buy something and i have windows movie maker, so is there an easy and fast alternative to just upload a video from my camera and then edit and stuff like that on movie maker or do i have to buy the extra add-on? because i'd really rather not (and i have the USB cable and everything to connect the camera to the computer and printer but i just want to get a video {like nigahiga, kevjumba, happyslip, daxflame, lisanove, those dudes?} and post it on youtube?!

I'm considering purchasing a digital camera and would like some input & suggestions.? I have no experience with digital but have found out that Olympus have very specific memory cards. Seems that the SD cards are more readily available and will work with my printer. I'm on Vista computer program and I think I want 5 pix or better. A 5x zoom would be nice, but not sure if it's really necessary. Budget is somewhere around $200 and I'm not seeking a "professional" type, just something to take good photos, auto focus important and rechargable batteries. Any input or suggestions? There are sooo many out there. The anti shake thing is good because that is a problem with me. Red eye removal is a great idea. Anyone have any useful experience with digitals? Thanks so much.
